Lloyd’s Register

On July 20, 2021, Maruichi Sun Steel acquired Lloyd’s Register’s certification.

We produce high-quality welded steel pipe for a variety of usage and now our carbon steel pipe has passed the stringent requirement of Lloyd’s Register and is approved for the use in the shipbuilding industry.

The details of the certification are as follows:

• Pipes and Tubes: As welded.
• Grades: Carbon, Carbon Manganese.
• Approved for Non-heat treated ERW Steel Pipes with outside diameter 139.8mm to 267.4mm, thickness 4.5mm to 9.3mm
