On March 17, 2026, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company held its 2026 Employees’ Conference in coordination with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union. The conference was honored to have the participation of representatives from various agencies, including the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor and the Department of Internal Affairs, affirming the importance of implementing democratic regulations and building sustainable labor relations within the enterprise.

The conference conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 2025 production and business results and reported on the implementation of policies and regulations for employees.
